Well-wishers raise RM15,000 for man’s spinal surgery

THE Penang Hindu Endowment Board, two state assemblymen and a Member of Parliament (MP) have raised RM15,000 to help paralysed accident victim S. Nathankumar undergo a spinal surgery.

Nathankumar, 28, is a hit-and-run accident victim who needs RM45,000 to undergo the surgery. His plight was highlighted in The Star on March 18.
