Sarawak’s commodities of importance to nation

KUCHING: The growth of the commodities sector in Sarawak has contributed significantly to the nation’s overall commodity production, Chief Minister Tan Sri Adenan Satem said.

He said, as an example, the state was the biggest producer of pepper in the country with 15,792 hectares or 98% of the total 16,021 ha.
