BICKERING among residents and ignorance over the benefits of individual water meters are among the challenges faced by the Joint Management Body (JMB) and Management Committee (MC) in their bid to implement migration from bulk to individual water meters.
The JMBs and MCs that StarMetro spoke to said they were finding the task tough because the property owners were not cooperative.
