JOHOR BARU: Residents and business owners in eight states who fail to separate their trash according to the respective recycling properties will be fined come September 1.
The states involved in the recycling initiative are Johor, Pahang, Selangor, Kedah, Malacca, Negri Sembilan, Perlis, Kuala Lumpur and Putrajaya.
