Council tries insecticide spray to combat dengue

THE Kajang Municipal Council (MPKj) is experimenting with a new method to combat the dengue menace, by using the K-Othrine insecticide spray.

MPKj senior assistant Environmental Health officer Hairin Mhd Noh said spraying it on walls and surfaces would leave a residue lethal to mosquitoes.
