Abused women share how they found strength to change their lives

THIRTEEN ordinary women from Penang reflected on their experiences of silenced pain in a book titled Hear Our Stories: The Moment The Butterfly Flaps Its Wings.

The book, started three years ago by the Women’s Centre for Change (WCC) and Pusat Perkhidmatan Wanita (PPW) as part of their Women’s Stories Project, was launched during the Penang International Women’s Day celebration.
