Cheong Laitong, one of Malaysia’s pioneering artists who created the mural front for Muzium Negara in 1962, is back with his art showcase titled Expression of 60 Years — Part 2 at White Box Publika from yesterday to March 10. This exhibition will contain selected works from 1960 to 2014.
ART EXHIBITION FOR LADIES
Younie Gallery will hold a special art exhibition for the ladies, titled Lady! You Are Pretty! in conjunction with International Women’s Day 2015. CERAMIC ART SHOW
Galeri Petronas’ Earthworks is aiming to create awareness by promoting ceramic art with the help of six local artists. Earthworks is a maiden collaboration between six Malaysian ceramic artists, incorporating traditional techniques and creating contemporary objects. The gallery is open for viewing until March 22 (Tuesday to Sunday) from 10am to 8pm at Galeri Petronas. Admission is free.
