A SPECIAL fullboard meeting convened last Friday saw the Petaling Jaya City Council (MBPJ) vote to award up to three months’ bonus to all council employees.
The vote at the closed-door meeting, however, was not unanimous, with 11 councillors for and eight against the decision, according to council sources.
