Concerned: MPSJ has introduced their own complaints department which has resulted in a reduction in the number of complaints received over the years.
THE Public Complaints Bureau (PCB) held a programme in collaboration with the Subang Jaya Municipal Council to provide a platform for the public to air their grievances.
MPSJ deputy president Abdullah Marjunid and PCB director-general Datin Mahani Tan Abdullah were present at the event held at MPSJ’s Multi-Purpose Hall in Taman Puchong Indah.
