THE Selangor State Development Corporation’s (PKNS) Kelana Jaya sports complex is still classed as a recreational space and as such, no development should take place there.

The recently aborted Petaling Jaya Local Plan 1 and 2 draft amendment exercise showed the PKNS sports complex was not up for rezoning to commercial.
