FISHMONGER Mohd Tahir Awang is happy he can be mobile again, thanks to a motorcycle and sidecar given to him from the Ministry of Rural and Regional Development.
The 55-year-old in Penang lost his left leg from the knee down four years ago to diabetes and had been depending on people to send seafood to him.
