SEPTUAGENARIAN Liu Song can write the word ‘yang (goat in Chinese) in at least eight different fonts and styles.
The fonts he mastered through his passion for Chinese calligraphy include the pictograph (xiang xing wen zi), ancient China character (jia gu wen), bronze ware script (jin wen), small seal script (xiao zhuan), clerical script (li shu), traditional regular script (kai shu), semi-cursive (xing shu) and cursive (cao shu).
