PROPERTY hunters can check out the Star Property Fair 2015 with its latest offerings and upcoming launches by the country’s leading developers and real estate agencies.
Eager house buyers and investors will be spoilt for choice at the northern region’s premier property showcase.
Visitors will get a glimpse of the deve-lopments, whether completed, ongoing or in the pipeline, by viewing elaborate scale models at the impressive booths set up around the venue.
Not to be left out, those of you who dream of enjoying the life of a plantation owner and reaping the profits of the land without having to manage the plantation yourself can check out the Golden Agro Plantation (Mukah) Berhad (GAP) booth.
GAP is offering an opportunity to prospective investors to take part in its oil palm investment interest scheme.
It is called the Golden Agro Growers Scheme (GAGS).
GAP general manager Moo Kim Seng said GAGS’ investors could start investing from as low as RM8,000 per grower plot.
The investment interest scheme is now in the planting stage until 2017.
“Within this time period, investors are guaranteed a 7% annual return.
“After 2017, investors can share 100% of the annual audited net profits for their plots for 15 years (up to 2032).
“However, the quantum of return is subject to the crude palm oil prices in the market,” he said.
Moo said the shared farming scheme was regulated and approved by the Companies Commission of Malaysia.
