RESIDENTS living in the Federal Territories can apply the Kad Komuniti Ceria to enjoy special discounts and other privileges at 2,000 outlets, including popular popular fast-food chains, bookshops and shopping malls.
The card issued by the Federal Territories Ministry would only be given to those with a Kuala Lumpur, Putrajaya and Labuan address.
