REPRESENTATIVES of four Kuala Lumpur residents associations (RA) have successfully implemented waste-management techniques they learnt during a trip to Tokyo.

The RAs from Jalan Peel, Paragon Heights, Taman Tasik Indah and Wangsa Melawati were asked to observe and adopt the community waste management initiatives carried out in Arawaka, Koto, Setagaya and Sumida during a week of intensive training in November last year.
