A MEMO in support of the proposed Kinrara Damansara Expressway (Kidex) was submitted to Petaling Jaya deputy mayor Puasa Md Taib by a group of non-governmental organisations and resident representatives on Tuesday.
The group also attached about 5,000 signatures gathered from their members and residents to back the memo.
