Be fairer or face more court action, EC told

KUCHING: The Election Commission (EC) can expect more court action from the opposition if it does not reconsider its proposed delineation for Sarawak in a fairer and more reasonable manner, says the state DAP.

Its chairman, Chong Chieng Jen, said the party would not hesitate to go to court if its objections and proposals to the delineation were dismissed without good reasons.
