SIBU: Heavy rain together with King Tide has inflicted serious flooding especially in several low-lying areas of this town with water level rising up to three feet.
Many motorists travelling in flood-affected areas, including Jalan Lanang, Jalan Ling Kai Cheng, Kampung Bahagia Jaya area, Jalan Sengan and Jalan Apollo, were caught in serious traffic jams early yesterday morning as they sent their children to school.
