A RESIDENTS committee chairman in Penang has started a petition to get the Penang Water Supply Corporation (PBAPP) to absorb the 90 sen agency fee imposed by Pos Malaysia for the payment of water bills.
Bandar Sri Pinang Residents Representatives Committee (JPP) chairman Soon Kok Wah said he aimed to collect 300 signatures for the petition soon and submit it with a memorandum to PBAPP.
