THIS Chinese New Year will see another attraction coming to town — 15 hot air balloons floating above the Polo Ground in Penang on Feb 21 and 22, the third and fourth day of the festival.
The public can also take rides on three tethered balloons at the site by paying RM25 per person during the Penang Hot Air Balloon Fiesta 2015.
