CONSUMERS are crying foul over the 90 sen agency fee that they have to pay if they settle their water bills at Pos Malaysia and don’t go directly to the Penang Water Supply Corporation (PBAPP).
Many hope the PBAPP will absorb the amount as the extra charge is a burden to them.
