AS part of its CSR programme, Minnal fm, organised a seminar themed “Towards Higher Education” at Angkasapuri, Kuala Lumpur.

The one-day programme, which had the support of the Education Ministry and Ramsay Sime Darby Healthcare College (RSDHC), was to enlighten students who sat for the SPM last year on the opportunities in higher learning institutions.

About 500 people, comprising students and parents, attended the programme.

The focus was on the various opportunities available after SPM.

Officials from the Education Ministry explained the opportunities provided by higher education institutions, procedures, qualification, scholarship, e-application and job opportunities.

Suhairi Ismail, from Community College, explained about the programmes available at skills training centres.

Minnal fm will hold a similar programme, on March 7, after the SPM results are out.
