JOHOR BARU: There is still a second chance for school dropout Tiow Wen Rong after he was expelled from school last year for indiscipline and did not perform well academically.
“I thought it was the end of my education but I would consider myself lucky as there is still a place for me to improve myself,” he said when met at the MB Boys Home Open Day recently.
