JOHOR BARU: Johor is the pioneer state to implement the 21st Century Education programme to create more higher level thinking among school students.

State Education, Information Entrepreneurial Development and Co-operative Committee chairman Md Jais Sarday urged students, both from primary and secondary schools to apply the programme starting from this year.
