Lion dance teams fight for honours in championship

SOUNDS of drums and cymbals filled the Bukit Jambul Complex (KBJ) in Penang as 10 lion dance teams competed against one another during the KBJ Lion Dance on Stilts Championship 2015.

The event on Saturday saw lion dance troupes from various states such as Penang, Perak and Kuala Lumpur in a fierce battle to take home the first prize of RM5,888, medals and a trophy.
