JOHOR BARU: Johor police are targeting to improve its delivery system and aiming to become the “World Class Police” by reducing crime rates in the state from time to time.

State police chief Comm Datuk Mohd Mokhtar Mohd Shariif said that the crime index in Johor had declined by 11.83% in 2014 against 10.29% in the previous year.
