Illegal gated-and-guarded scheme raises residents’ ire

LAKE Vista residents thought they had bought gated and guarded (G&G) property in Taman Tasik Prima, Puchong, but they have been told by the council that the guardhouse has to be torn down as it is illegal.

They aired their grouses at a dialogue, which was also attended by representatives from the Subang Jaya Municipal Council (MPSJ) and developer Symphony Life Berhad, at the Lake Vista playground on Sunday.
