THIS Chinese New Year, the Penang Chinese Clan Council is bringing a locally produced song titled Bing Cheng Ren Guo Nian (Penangites Celebrate Chinese New Year).
The lively song was created to mark the Penangites’ CNY Celebration 2015, jointly organised by the clan council and the Penang government, to be held on Feb 28 and March 1.
