CONSTRUCTION debris left along Jalan Residensi, George Town, has raised the ire of motorists and residents staying in the vicinity.
Penang Hospital Visitors Board chairman Lim Thoon Deong who frequently uses the route said construction materials could be seen along the road and they posed a danger to road users.
