KUCHING: Malaysia’s electoral system must move closer to the “one person-one vote” ideal with each seat delineation exercise instead of regressing or remaining stagnant, according to Sarawak PKR chairman Baru Bian.
He reiterated that he welcomed the creation of new seats in rural areas where warranted but at the same time justice must be served in urban areas.
