T HE Hong Kong fashion show began as an idea to shoot Chanel’s fall/winter campaign in China. “Another part of the planet,” says the designer Karl Lagerfeld, who was staying on after the show to recce for locations for the shoot, with the rising Polish supermodel, Daria Werbowy.
