Travel woes

ANYONE who says they enjoy flying long-distance has something seriously wrong with them. After all, what’s to like about cramped little seats, nondescript food, recycled air and having to put up with other people’s toilet habits for 12 hours or longer?

As far as I’m concerned, though, the worst thing about long-haul flights is not the inflight inconveniences; it’s the ensuing jetlag that often lingers for days after landing. No matter how you try to overcome jetlag, it catches up with you eventually.
