New Line is developing an untitled Mariah Carey Christmas movie with Brett Ratner's RatPac Entertainment and producer Jon Shestack.
The Warner Bros division acquired a pitch from writers David Diamond and David Weissman, based on an idea that Carey brought to Ratner. The theme will include the ability of music to transport people back in time to find their truest feelings.
