The Johor state government will further improve its tourism development plan within 10 years, to include tourism in its islands to boost the sector.
State Tourism, Youth and Sports Committee chairman Datuk Onn Hafiz Ghazi said each district in Johor has its own tourist attractions, and some of them include beautiful islands located in Mersing district.
