Come check out 'A Nightmare On Killer Clown Street Haunts Everyone Dreams' at The Top and run for your life if you see something suspicious this Oct 26. Watch out – you may be the next victim. It is the time of the year where all happy dreams vanish and are ruined by the crazy clowns.

The first 1,000 buyers will get a mystery gift courtesy of The Top, Penang. A host of ghostly activities has been lined up, including games with attractive prizes to be won, stage performances and recreation.

One of the main features at The Top, Penang this October is the Killer Clown Rock and Roll, Zumba, Killer Clown costume competition, Killer Clown Bazaar, lucky draw and many more exciting performances.

Also The Top Penang has launched a first-of-its-kind Annual Pass that gives holders unlimited yearlong access to the award-winning attraction in Komtar. Open to Malaysians as well as expatriates living in the country, the pass is affordably priced at RM180 for adults and RM90 for children and senior citizens.

One will get to enjoy 18 exciting attractions in one location, including Window of The Top’s Rainbow Skywalk on Level 68 and Observatory Deck on Level 65.

On Level 5 are Jurassic Research Centre, 7D Discovery Motion Theatre, Tech Dome Penang, Ocean Explorer, Dino Gym, Zombie Outbreak, Magic Mirror Maze, Musical Carousel and UFO-X. On Levels 3 and 4, visitors will find the Jelly Bump, Durian King Museum, Penang State Gallery, Tongkat Ali King and Top Boutique Aquarium.

The Top Penang general manager Joel Law said they introduced the Annual Pass to support the state’s Experience Penang 2020 tourism campaign.

“With unlimited access for 365 days, this makes an entry to be as low as 49 sen per adult and 24 sen per child,” Law pointed out, supposing one visits every day.

He said The Top, billed as the ‘Highest Iconic Entertainment Tower’, constantly strives to elevate attractions and restaurants to offer a top-notch experience to visitors, especially millennials.

“Our attractions are great for photo and video-taking so one can immediately share experiences on social media,” Law said during the launch of the Annual Pass.

State tourism, arts, culture and heritage exco Yeoh Soon Hin said the pass would cement The Top’s status as one of the must-visit attractions in the state.

“It is heartening to see tourism players offer unique packages that will add to the state’s allure.“I encourage more parties to follow The Top and make Experience Penang 2020 a success,” Yeoh said.

The launch at The Top’s atrium was enlivened by live performances which included appearances by a dinosaur and pop culture characters.

An upcoming event at The Top is Penang’s Largest Halloween Party on Oct 26, themed ‘A Nightmare at Killer Clown Street’. Early bird tickets are priced at RM28.Come dressed in your scariest killer clown costumes and you could even win prizes for being the Best Dressed. There will also be lucky draws.

In November, The Top will host over 30 life-sized Doraemon with secret gadgets. Fans of the famous Japanese manga series will not want to miss this event.

“For the year-end holidays, we have activities such as the Penang Top Glow Fun Run and our annual Christmas celebration which allows companies to adopt a tree and donate to charitable homes of their choice.

“Our New Year’s Eve Countdown Party will have spectacular 360-degree fireworks. Stay tuned for updates,” Law said.

Besides enjoying unlimited entry, holders of the Annual Pass also stand to enjoy discounts for tickets to special events. The pass does not include The Gravityz, Tower Spa, Augmented Reality (ARV) and pay-per-ride or token activities.
