Having spent the past academic year in Utrecht, I am convinced that this lovely Dutch city ought to receive more attention from the outside world. Yet the fact that it remains relatively unknown from a tourist’s perspective is perhaps what has given Utrecht its charm, a sort of preserved obscurity.
