In an informal study of the most popular travel- and leisure-related emoji on Twitter, Wisconsin has emerged as the top wine-drinking state while Connecticut, it seems, loves its cocktails.
After looking at a random sample of 581,000 geolocated tweets, the wine glass emoji was the most popular in Wisconsin, while the martini glass was the top tweeted symbol in Connecticut, according to discount travel site Hotwire.com.
