High tourist traffic in Europe

If you were in Europe this summer and found yourself elbow to elbow with fellow tourists, that's because international tourist arrivals rose five percent in the region, the strongest performance of any region in the first eight months of 2015.

According to the latest figures released from the UN World Tourism Organization, the region recorded a particularly robust performance last year, driven largely by the weak Euro.
