The thought of running 5km around the world-class Sepang International Circuit in Selangor while enjoying music every step of the way, was too good to resist.
For safety reasons, I usually never listen to music (via headphones) while running outdoors because I need to be alert to the road and pedestrian traffic around me at all times. But when The Music Run (TMR) 2015 was held recently on the same venue where the Formula 1 Malaysian Grand Prix happens every year, I had to join in the fun.
