What is Huza Radzi up to these days? When we caught up with the F&B professional earlier this week, he had just returned from Brunei, where he was chef de mission leading 120 Malaysian hospitality talents in providing royal dining services and butlership during the wedding of Prince Abdul Malik, the Sultan of Brunei’s son.
The monumental event caps his 22-year career in hospitality. It’s a long way from where he started in 1992, as a waiter at Restaurant Lafite, at the Shangri-La Hotel, Kuala Lumpur.
