Cindy Chen has come a long way since her beauty pageant days, when she was named the first runner-up of Miss World Malaysia 2008/09. Since then, she has done a fair bit of modelling, starred in several TV commercials, and music videos, featured in three local movies, released a Mandarin single and an EP, hosted and acted in more than a dozen television shows on RTM, ntv7 and Astro TVi, and, for the past few years, she’s been a VJ on ONFM, an online radio-visual station.
Now, after eight years in the entertainment industry, the fashionista says she is ready to establish her own fashion line.
