Lagerfeld launches ‘Karl Robot’ capsule collection

Karl Lagerfeld has unveiled his Spring 2016 “Karl Robot” capsule collection.

The ready-to-wear clothes and accessories feature an array of playful, futuristic motifs, ranging from galaxies and spaceships to the designer and his famous cat, Choupette, caricatured as a robots.

Pieces include a Vachetta leather pochette bag with a robotized Karl integrated into the pin lock, neoprene sweatshirts featuring a high density print of robot Choupette and a robotised Karl in outer space.

Three t-shirt designs bear similar motifs of Karl and Choupette together with spaceships and planets. A beanie, a necklace, key chains, socks, luggage tags and iPhone cases are among the additional pieces on offer.

The capsule is now available worldwide at Karl Lagerfeld stores, selected retailers and online at Karl.com. – AFP Relaxnews
