I often jest that I carry my designer bags everywhere I go, and when people look at me impressed, I point to my eyebags and they break out laughing. The fact is, eyebags, defined as the appearance of lower eyelid fat pads, are the bane of most women (and some men).

And believe me, when they say the eyes are the window to the soul, they aren’t kidding. While it’s possible to mask your age with good make-up skills and great skincare, a good eye surgeon can always tell a person’s age, quite accurately, just by looking at your eyes!
