Never in my wildest dreams have I ever envisioned being treated like a rock star – flying miles up in the sky in a private airplane, being served food that is superior to normal airline fare (for coach, anyway).
OK, maybe I exaggerate a little, but that was how it felt like to be on board the new Boeing 777-300ER that was delivered to Cathay Pacific.
