If the choux fits, make eclairs and profiteroles

Passable taste, but these eclairs could do with much improvement.

Every week, Star2.com bakes along with The Great British Bake Off Series 6. Since the show has not yet aired on local television, there won’t be any spoilers. However, we will be baking along with each week’s theme. In Week 8, the theme was patisserie. It was a coincidence that both Star2.com bakers decided to use choux pastry in their desserts.
