This man is 79, and has won his 4th gold in weightlifting

Ng Chow Seng is mad about weightlifting. It’s an addiction, says Ng who trains twice a day – in the morning and early evening. All that hard work paid off when Ng won his fourth gold medal at the World Masters Weightlifting Championships which was held between Sept 12 and 19, in Rovaniemi, Finland. He took part in the 69kg category (ages 80 to 84).

Ng, who will turn 80 on Dec 26, first competed in the championships in 1988. To date, he has bagged four gold, four silver and one bronze medals at the championships which were organised by the International Weightlifting Federation (IWF).
