When the Covid-19 pandemic forced Malaysians to stay at home under the movement control order, local artist and creative entrepreneur Marini Ramlan found herself returning to her childhood days.

“Covid-19 triggered me to start playing and making (things) at home for the first time like how I used to as a little girl. It was most freeing and enjoyable. I allowed myself days of playing and making whatever I wanted, ” says Marini, better known as Nini Marini.
