Will the next Disney Princess be Malaysian? When Disney revealed the title and concept art of the upcoming Raya & The Last Dragon at the recent D23, our first thought was that it looked like it is set in South-East Asia.
Well, according to its producers, the movie is inspired by South-East Asia. And while we still don't know if the titular Raya will be Malaysian, the movie does have a strong Malaysian connection – it is written by our very own Adele Lim!
