Earlier this year, Malaysian dance icon and odissi performer Datuk Ramli Ibrahim had to work around a tight schedule during the Mahagami Dance Festival in Aurangabad, Maharashtra state in India.
He was invited to the festival in January to give a talk (The Odissi Legacy Of Guru Debaprasad Das). At the same time, there was a photography shoot planned with Chennai-based photographer A. Prathap, who has exhibited many times at Ramli’s Sutra Gallery in KL.
