Malaysian filmmaker Tan Seng Kiat has won the grand prize at the Taipei Golden Horse Film Project Promotion (FPP) 2017 for his latest film project One Fine Day.
The Shuttle Life director’s upcoming film project beat 40 entries to nab the top prize which comes with a cash grant of NTD1mil (approx. RM140,000).
